Refund policy
Exchange & Return Policy (10 Days)
We offer a 10-day exchange and return policy on selected items, subject to the conditions below:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, in original saleable condition with tags attached.
- Original invoice/receipt is required for processing.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Personal body care
- Vitamins & supplements
- Hair care products
- Custom orders
- Gift vouchers
- Sports bras/underwear
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges in cases of unusual or excessive activity.
Returns & Refunds
In-Store Purchases:
- Return in-store within 10 days for a refund to the original payment method.
- Online Purchases: Return options within 10 days of delivery:
Return in-store
- Request online return via account > “Purchases” > “Return Order”→ Courier will schedule pick-up.

Refunds:
- Refunded via original payment method.
- Cash or Mada: refunded in via original payment method (in-store).
- COD (Cash on Delivery): refunded via bank transfer (IBAN required).
- Tabby/Tamara: as per provider terms.
- Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on bank processing.
Exchanges
- In-Store Purchases: Exchange in-store within 10 days.
- Online Purchases: Exchange in-store within 10 days of delivery.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If it’s less, the difference will be refunded.
- Discounted Items
- Refund allowed within 3 days of purchase
- Exchange allowed within 3 days of purchase
