Exchange & Return Policy (10 Days)

We offer a 10-day exchange and return policy on selected items, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, in original saleable condition with tags attached.
  • Original invoice/receipt is required for processing.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    • Personal body care
    • Vitamins & supplements
    • Hair care products
    • Custom orders
    • Gift vouchers
    • Sports bras/underwear
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges in cases of unusual or excessive activity.

    Returns & Refunds
    In-Store Purchases:
  • Return in-store within 10 days for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Online Purchases: Return options within 10 days of delivery:

  • Request online return via account > “Purchases” > “Return Order”→ Courier will schedule pick-up.

 

  • Refunds:

  • Refunded via original payment method.
  • Cash or Mada: refunded in via original payment method (in-store).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): refunded via bank transfer (IBAN required).
  • Tabby/Tamara: as per provider terms.
  • Note: Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on bank processing.
    Exchanges
  • In-Store Purchases: Exchange in-store within 10 days.
  • Online Purchases: Exchange in-store within 10 days of delivery.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If it’s less, the difference will be refunded.
  • Discounted Items
  • Refund allowed within 3 days of purchase
  • Exchange allowed within 3 days of purchase
