Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute Kayanee’s marketing strategy across all channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on brand building, activations, community engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the fashion industry and a deep understanding of the Saudi ecosystem, including influencers, key players, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Kayanee’s marketing activities across digital and physical channels
• Plan, manage, and execute brand activations and campaigns that directly support sales and business objectives
• Build and strengthen brand awareness through community-led initiatives, collaborations, and events
• Develop and manage marketing strategies that contribute to Kayanee’s overall growth and revenue increase
• Oversee CRM marketing activations, ensuring consistent and effective communication with customers
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, influencers, vendors) to ensure brand alignment
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market activities in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
• English and Arabic speaker
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including influencers, key players, platforms, and cultural trends
• Proven experience managing brand activations, events, and campaigns
• Experience with CRM tools and customer communication strategies
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute marketing and branding collateral for Kayanee. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Saudi market, a refined aesthetic aligned with fashion and lifestyle brands, and multidisciplinary expertise across various design and content creation tools. This role requires a creative thinker who can translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms and physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Content
• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, paid ads, and brand communications.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints - Website & Digital Experience
• Design and optimize website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance user experience and visual storytelling online.

In-Store Communication
• Design hard and soft in-store communication materials including signage, screens, POS materials, packaging, and window displays.
• Adapt campaign visuals into various retail formats and specifications.
• Ensure brand consistency across physical retail environments - Pop-Up & Event Support
• Support the design and execution of pop-ups and brand activations.
• Develop spatial graphics, visual mockups, and print-ready files.
• Coordinate with production vendors to ensure high-quality output and installation.

Creative Production
• Create motion graphics, basic animations, and short-form video edits to support marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with trends in fashion, lifestyle, and Saudi cultural aesthetics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• English and Arabic speaker
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and cultural landscape.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a refined visual sense aligned with fashion branding.
• Experience working on both digital and print production.
• Portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, retail communication, and motion work.
