Change booking

We understand that plans change. If you need to amend your booking, please do so within 24 hours of your class start time, otherwise, you will be charged.

Cancel booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your class starts to avoid a charge. You will receive a full refund in the form a Kayanee Pass. If you paid using a credit card, you can then request for the pass to be refunded as credit back to your card.

Modify or cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid charges; cancellations made within the specified time frame result in a full refund.
